SWOT-analysis
template for small projects
Please,
write down on below boxes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
related to your project idea. Your SWOT-analysis should cover at least the
following dimensions:
-
Partnerships – Who can help you to implement project?
-
Resources – Do you have enough human, material and
financial resources for project implementation?
-
Timeframe
–
Is the project feasible given its timeframe?
-
Impact – Will the project have desired positive
impact on its beneficiaries? Will you be able to measure it (i.e. target
indicators)?
-
Harmful
effects
– Will your project potentially harm
anybody / anything while being implemented?
-
Duplication
–
Is someone in your community already
conducting similar activities or targeting same beneficiaries? i.e. there is no
need to duplicate their efforts
-
Sustainability – Is there a possibility to sustain project
activities even after the project itself has ended? i.e. long-term effect
should always be the priority when designing projects
